  • Appointments can be booked through phone, WhatsApp, in person, or via our website/social media platforms.
  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but services are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or advance payment for future bookings.
  • Bridal and pre-bridal packages must be cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

3. Service Policy

  • All services are performed by trained professionals using quality products.
  • Results may vary based on individual skin/hair type and condition.
  • We do not guarantee results without proper consultation and follow-up care.
  • Any dissatisfaction should be reported immediately after the service for appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
  • Advance payments or deposits for packages or bookings are non-refundable, but may be adjusted in case of genuine rescheduling with proper notice.

5. Product Sales

  • Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please check the expiry date and packaging at the time of purchase.

6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform our staff about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before starting any treatment.
  • We follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for your safety.
  • The salon has the right to refuse service if any condition poses a health risk.

7. Children & Guests

  • Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
  • For safety and comfort, please avoid bringing extra guests unless necessary.

8. Personal Belongings

  • We request clients to take care of their personal belongings.
  • Glow Expert is not responsible for lost or damaged items inside the salon premises.

9. Photography & Social Media

  • We may request your permission to take photos or videos for our portfolio or social media.
  • Your privacy is respected, and no content will be shared without your consent.
